Purpose of the job

The FP&A Analyst will supportfinancial planning and analysis activities related tobreweryandlogisticsoperations, ensuringaccuratefinancial reporting,variance analysis,forecasting&budgeting.Monthly and Yearly process(VILC, ZBB, FILC, KPIs)

  • PerformanceMonitoringAssistin the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly performance results to ensuretimelyandaccuratereportingin line with relevant policies.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting Cycle:Contribute to the annual budget and periodic forecast cycles by supporting data collection, validation, analysis, and system uploads.

  • Reporting Development & Automation:Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance financial reports and dashboards to improve accuracy, automation, speed, and business relevance.

  • PresentationsAssist FP&A Manager inthe creation of presentation deckstothe upper management

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with the Business Units FP&Aand PPMteamsto ensureaccuratecost tracking, operational alignment, and financial visibility.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset:Promote a continuous improvement culture by identifyingopportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting quality, and increase efficiency withinFP&A operations.

Education

  • Relevant university degree inaccounting, business, economics, etc.(or similar by experience)

Experience

  • Experiencein financial planning and analysis (FP&A),industrialorlogisticsoperations, supply chain management, orrelatedfield

  • Knowledge of general accounting

  • Project managementexperience is a plus.

  • Working in aprocess-oriented organization

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

  • FluentEnglish inspeaking,readingand writing
