Job Description

FP Movement is looking for a creative, art-driven Senior Graphic Designer with strong fashion and activewear sensibilities, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and experience guiding creative work across print and digital. This role is ideal for an independent visual thinker who can develop seasonal concepts through mood, color, typography, composition, and storytelling, translating them into elevated brand expressions for FP Movement. This designer will pitch creative concepts, create impactful photo- and artwork-driven designs, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the FP Movement visual identity. This is an art-driven print and digital designer supporting seasonal concept, brand storytelling, and elevated creative execution across the FP Movement brand.

This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA and going into the office on a hyrbid schedule of 3 days a week.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and present seasonal creative concepts through trend research, inspiration gathering, mood boards, and artistic exploration.
  • Design elevated creative across a range of print and digital touchpoints, including campaigns, retail, marketing collateral, email, web, app, and seasonal brand experiences.
  • Create original artwork, graphics, typography, textures, collages, and layered compositions that bring depth and storytelling to the brand.
  • Evolve seasonal typography, graphic systems, and visual motifs while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
  • Design print assets including retail signage, packaging, event collateral, lookbooks, catalogs, and seasonal marketing materials.
  • Help push the digital experience forward through innovative layouts, creative systems, and visual storytelling.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to every project, confidently presenting concepts and design rationale to Art Directors and cross-functional partners.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, providing thoughtful feedback and helping elevate the quality of the team’s work.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Stores, Merchandising, Photo, UX, and other cross-functional partners to bring concept to execution.
  • Foster a collaborative creative culture while helping shape and evolve the FP Movement visual identity.

Role Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or another art-driven brand.
  • Passion for design, art, fashion, and culture, with a strong creative point of view and curiosity for emerging trends.
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and layout.
  • Experience leading creative projects and mentoring designers in a collaborative environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong concept development, typography, and photography- and artwork-driven design across print and digital.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal concept development and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing across both print and digital, including responsive web and mobile best practices.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Figma, motion design, or AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple creative initiatives.
