Job Description

Summary Statement:

The Fountain Worker will be responsible for setting the stage for the guest experience with a welcoming smile and exceptional service. The role will provide the highest quality of Food and Beverage service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

  • Process customer orders and payments utilizing company POS system.
  • Stock products as needed.
  • Package order as per guest's preference with essential condiments.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
  • Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
  • Ability to work varying shifts including but not limited to Morning, Swing and Graveyard shifts.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:

  • At least six months of high-volume counter or fast food experience in a similar or related field.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to obtain maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position within a hospitality establishment.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • At least six months of high-volume counter or fast food experience in a similar or related field.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Position required licenses:
  • Food Handler Card
  • Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Non-Gaming Card

  • Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality.

  • Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions.
