THE JOB:

As a Fountain Worker at Beerhaus in New York-New York, you’ll be part of a high-energy gathering place known for its craft beers, approachable food, and lively social atmosphere. With your welcoming personality and commitment to exceptional service, you’ll help create memorable experiences for guests enjoying everything from game days to casual nights out on the Las Vegas Strip. By anticipating guest needs and delivering genuine hospitality, you’ll play a key role in creating the fun, inviting environment that makes Beerhaus a favorite destination for both locals and visitors.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.50 Hourly +Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu
• Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
• Support kitchen operations by expediting food preparation and orders when necessary
• Collect money, while following all proper comp procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests including bussing tables
• Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments and run food items to guests
• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Performs other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience (Experience as a food handler in a similar environment) preferred
• 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (Experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment) preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
