Join Our Team as a Foundry Operator!
Using specified work instructions and technique cards, the foundry operator will work with the foundry department to melt and pour alloys into shell molds!
You will play a vital role in the casting process, handling the loading and unloading of pre-fire ovens, molds and furnace ovens. Operating vacuum furnaces and air melt systems, you’ll ensure precise melting and alloy preparation while marking up and weighing materials for accuracy. Alongside hands-on work, you’ll manage electronic and paper data entry and operate lifting equipment safely. Most importantly, you’ll uphold strict casting procedures to maintain quality, efficiency and safety throughout production.
