Job Description:

Key Responsibilities关键职责：

1. Coordinate with sub-cons to update related quality report/data.

协助质量部收集相关报告或数据。

1. Maintain TRF maintenance table to trace engineering lot status.

内部产品发布流程的记录和跟踪。

1. Coordinate with sub-cons and internal groups to support QA customer survey, PPAP request and CMRT, etc.

与部门内部及供应商沟通协助完成质量部的客户调查，PPAP 需求以及冲突矿产等相关问题。

1. Coordinate with all sub-cons to finish the survey like Supplier Code of Conduct, CSR Assessment Checklist, Cargo Application, etc.

协助其他部门完成相关年度报表的搜集与整理。

1. Create POs in a timely and accurate manner and ensure they are successfully sent to suppliers.

及时准确地申请采购订单并保证成功发给供应商。

1. Maintain all subcons' contact window / PO distribution list and send to related groups once updates.

负责维护供应商联系人及采购订单收件人列表并及时更新给相关部门。

1. Support component business issues.

协助处理Component相关事宜。

1. Maintain price list for all subcons.

负责维护所有供应商的价格表。

Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor's degree in electronics or related majors. 本科学历，电子相关专业。
2. Good English with listening and speaking. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
3. Familiar with MS office software, especially Excel. 熟练掌握Excel等办公软件。
