What You Will Do

  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients through various outreach strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
  • Present product offerings to potential clients, articulating the value proposition effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer insights and market trends to inform future developments.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B software space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred

  • Experience in the AI or enterprise software industry is a plus.
  • Background in HR technology or human capital management solutions.
  • Understanding of the sales process and methodologies, such as SPIN Selling or Solution Selling.

Compensation and Benefits
