What You Will Do
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients through various outreach strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with prospective clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Present product offerings to potential clients, articulating the value proposition effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
- Provide feedback to product teams on customer insights and market trends to inform future developments.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the B2B software space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred
- Experience in the AI or enterprise software industry is a plus.
- Background in HR technology or human capital management solutions.
- Understanding of the sales process and methodologies, such as SPIN Selling or Solution Selling.
