What You Will Do
- Drive sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the company's solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and solutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the B2B enterprise software space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first sales environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS or related software solutions is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business processes.
Compensation and Benefits
