Skiffra is building the intelligence layer for the physical world. We translate complex, real-world environments into clear, actionable data.
While most AI companies focus on digital industries, we design AI-native orchestration systems for the sectors that extract, move, and build ecosystems around us. We turn messy, high-stakes operations into intelligent, adaptive workflows that improve decisions in real time.
Our first proving ground is mining and natural resources, but the platform is modular by design—built to scale into any industry where decisions are expensive and the consequences are real.
As a Founding Technical Product Lead (AI Orchestration), you will define and shape the workflows Skiffra brings to life.
This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role focused on problem framing, system design, and rapid execution—not backlog grooming. You’ll operate at the intersection of domain complexity, AI systems, and real-world operations. Your job is to turn ambiguity into structured, shippable systems that autonomous agents can reliably execute.
You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, customers, and domain experts to define what should exist—and then help build it.
Lead discovery for complex operational challenges
Define what should be built—and just as importantly, what shouldn’t
Frame ambiguous environments into structured, solvable system designs
Map workflows spanning people, systems, and data
Redesign processes to be AI-native and orchestration-ready
Identify friction points, edge cases, and decision bottlenecks
Convert domain nuance into clear product requirements and technical design inputs
Define interfaces, handoffs, and decision logic used by agents and workflow engines
Partner closely with engineering to ship pragmatic, reliable AI systems
Validate assumptions with real users in operational environments
Iterate quickly based on live feedback
Prioritize ruthlessly as new information emerges
Help define early product culture and operating rhythm
Influence roadmap, architecture direction, and standards
Operate with high ownership and minimal oversight
7+ years of relevant experience in product, systems, or solution design roles
Proven ability to define problems before jumping to solutions
Strong systems thinking and comfort in integration-heavy environments
Experience working closely with engineers on technical products
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly
Bias toward action, simplicity, and real-world impact
Experience with enterprise or workflow-driven software
Exposure to AI-enabled products or decision systems
Background in operations, finance, industrial, or logistics domains
Early-stage startup or founding-team experience
Speed with rigor
Clarity over complexity
Simple systems over clever abstractions
Prototypes over over-planning
Ownership over handoffs
You’ll work directly with founders and ship systems that influence high-stakes decisions in the physical world.

At Rethink Recruit, we bring a mix of old-school work ethic with a modern approach to recruitment. Our competitive edge comes from our niche focus on Autonomous Driving, EVs, AI, Robotics, Blockchain (FinTech), and the ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies.
For our clients - it allows them to tap into our talent pool of tens of thousands of pre-qualified, industry and skill-specific candidates with whom we have developed close working relationships over the past decade.
For our candidates - it allows them to spend less time on their job search by engaging with more industry-specific companies and more skill-specific jobs.
We believe that any agency can find marginal success by deploying a host of modern technologies and recruitment tools for outreach ($$$). Yet, what separates the good agencies from the great is how relevant their outreach is and how well they utilize their tools. We help bridge that gap by harnessing the power of modern technology to build long-standing relationships with thousands of diverse and incredibly talented people.
We care about what we do and the people we work with. Coupled with our high-level understanding of the technology and its applications, we stay at the forefront of the current market trends. So whether you are a candidate seeking a new role or a company looking to retain talent, please reach out to us, and we will look forward to working with you!
