What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or robotics sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $190K, complemented by equity options between 0.2% and 0.6%.
