What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or robotics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
  • Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales enablement tools.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $190K, complemented by equity options between 0.2% and 0.6%.
