The company is building next-generation AI solutions to transform complex hiring and operational workflows in enterprise environments. With ambitious growth plans, they are entering the next phase of scaling, focusing on innovative AI products, operational excellence, and building a world-class engineering team.

We are seeking a Founding Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join the early-stage team and help build high-impact internal solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies. This is a hands-on role with significant technical ownership, ideal for candidates excited to shape the product, culture, and engineering direction from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy internal software systems that drive business operations.
• Push the boundaries of AI, including LLMs, voice, and agentic technologies.
• Redefine what exceptional UX looks like in enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with founders and other engineers to define technical strategy and architecture.
• Deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of full-stack or back-end engineering experience.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to solve complex engineering problems.
• Bias for speed, adaptability, and rolling up your sleeves.
• Excited to work in a fast-moving, high-impact startup environment.
• Background from top-tier startups or top CS programs is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000–$225,000 (DoE) + equity upside
• Relocation reimbursement (if applicable)
• Visa sponsorship available
• In-person collaboration in the Bay Area (Palo Alto / San Francisco)
