What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using Python, Java, and Go to support high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to develop robust APIs and data pipelines that enhance platform functionality.
- Utilize AWS services to ensure reliable deployment and management of applications in the cloud.
- Optimize database performance and maintain data integrity using Redis and other data storage solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development and engineering processes.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and familiarity with data storage solutions like Redis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the fintech or data-driven industries, particularly with alternative investments.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
Compensation and Benefits
