What You Will Do
- Design and develop robust applications using Django and PostgreSQL for backend services.
- Build interactive user interfaces with TypeScript and React, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git and Slack to streamline development processes.
- Implement authentication solutions using Clerk and integrate ATS/HRIS functionalities with Merge.dev.
- Optimize application performance and reliability hosted on Render and Vercel.
- Utilize AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT to enhance development workflows.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of scalable systems while mentoring junior engineers.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a strong focus on Django and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience with AI tooling and integrations in development processes.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Graphite and Linear.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level B2B solutions and fintech applications.
Compensation and Benefits
