What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, focusing on B2B partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and relationship management.
- Present compelling value propositions to stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of KYC and AML processes and their importance in financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapting to changing priorities.
