What You Will Do
- Lead the recruitment strategy and execution to attract top talent in a competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the company culture and values.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize hiring processes.
- Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and align talent acquisition efforts.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and promote a positive workplace environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions, particularly in tech and government sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience using data to inform hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred
- Experience in building recruitment processes from the ground up in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with AI and software development industries.
- Background in employee engagement or organizational development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
