What You Will Do
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in the software development and insurance industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
- Foster relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within technology or insurance sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-senior level positions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on talent needs.
- Experience utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline hiring processes.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business settings.

Compensation and Benefits
