This is a full-time role as a Founding Recruiter, located onsite in New York, NY.
We’re looking for a high-output, entrepreneurial recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process at Hadrius. Your mission: bring in the top 1% of talent across sales, engineering, customer success, and operations—people who will scale with us from startup to category leader.
You’ll be the engine behind our hiring pipeline: sourcing exceptional candidates, running a world-class interview process, and ensuring every new hire raises the talent bar. This isn’t just filling seats—you’ll be building the team that builds the company.
You’ll work directly with the founding team to understand each role deeply, craft compelling job posts, and develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best people before anyone else does.
