What You Will Do
- Own user support by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues across email and in-app channels, delivering a high-quality, human-centric experience.
- Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to resolve user issues, reproduce bugs, and translate user feedback into actionable insights for the product roadmap.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product to proactively guide users and create help content, onboarding guides, and documentation.
- Analyze user feedback to identify patterns in friction points, 'aha moments', and feature requests to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
- Leverage AI tools, including the company's own technology, to establish a scalable and efficient support and engagement system.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4-7 years of experience in product support or a related field, ideally within a tech or AI environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with users and translate their needs into actionable product insights.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in a fast-paced, user-centric environment.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and a passion for leveraging them to enhance user experience.
Preferred
- Experience building user support functions from the ground up in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of user experience best practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure user satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
