An investor‑backed scale‑up that buys used e‑bikes, restores them to “as‑good‑as‑new” standard in its own industrial hubs, and ships them to riders across Europe and the US through a high‑growth online marketplace. They have already refurbished and sold over 100,000 e‑bikes and are racing toward a bold target: getting one million refurbished bikes back on the road by 2030, cutting urban emissions while making premium light electric mobility radically more affordable.

Tasks

⚡️ The Mission: Ownership, not just Delivery

Forget "Project Management" or just managing a backlog. In this role, you report to our CPO and act as the business owner of your domain. You are responsible for identifying the "Why," defining the roadmap, and executing with the speed required by a $200M+ GMV scale-up.

🎯 What you will do

  • Build from Scratch: You won't be refining existing features. You will design and launch entirely new products that bridge our physical UpCenters, B2B wholesale platforms, and global B2C e-commerce.
  • Rapid Discovery & Execution: We value deep user research, but we value velocity more. You will lead "whiteboard-style" collaboration, turning customer insights into testable prototypes and production-ready products in days, not months.
  • Bridge Engineering & Business: You will lead a dedicated squad of engineers and designers. You must be comfortable "speaking engineer" to navigate complex APIs and logistical integrations while keeping a sharp eye on the commercial P&L.
  • Industrialize Circularity: You’ll solve "real-world" problems: from warehouse automation and spare-parts management to building trust for a million online shoppers.

Requirements

💎 Who you are

  • The "Scale-up Specialist": You have 5-10+ years of experience, specifically thriving in the high-intensity transition between Series B and Series C You understand the complexity of a scaling technical organization.
  • Outcome-Obsessed: You have a track record of moving the needle (NPS, GMV, or Conversion). You don't just "ship tickets"; you solve business problems.
  • Technical & Tactical: You are comfortable with technical complexity (logistics, SDKs, or APIs) and can hold your own in deep-dives with senior engineers.
  • Proactive "Issue-Hunter": You don't wait for a bug report. You proactively identify friction points and propose solutions before they impact the user.
  • Local to Paris: You thrive in a high-energy, in-person environment. This role is based in our Paris/Boulogne-Billancourt hub to foster founding-team chemistry.

🚫 This is NOT the role for you if:

  • You prefer "slow and deliberate" research cultures. We move at an "execution-first" pace.
  • You are looking for a rigid, top-down structure. We expect you to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the CPO.
  • You only want to work on "pure" digital SaaS. Our product has wheels, batteries, and physical logistics.
