What You Will Do

• Lead the product management process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance the vehicle checkout experience.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes and prototypes, facilitating user testing and feedback loops.
• Analyze user data and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in throughout the organization.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–12 years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech or automotive sectors.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and managing the product lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience in creating user-centered designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with AI or fintech products, particularly in the context of transportation or logistics.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management.
• Background in data analysis to support product decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $160K to $280K, complemented by equity options between 0.25% and 0.5%. This company is committed to fostering a supportive work environment and is open to sponsoring visas for the right candidate.
