Founding Product Manager

Bliro builds the next generation AI-based Revenue Intelligence platform for hybrid sales teams. We are an established startup with strong market traction and are now entering the next phase of product, platform, and company growth.

Product is at the core of Bliro. Our platform spans Web, Desktop, and Mobile, powered by real-time transcription, AI-driven insights, and increasingly agentic systems that automate workflows for revenue teams.

Today, Product is driven by our CTPO. We are now looking for a Founding Product Manager to help shape Bliro as a product, professionalize how product is built, and raise the product bar across the company.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for an experienced Product Manager who wants to define how product is done.

The Role

As our Founding Product Manager, you will take a central role in shaping Bliro’s product across Web, Desktop, and Mobile, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership.

You will combine strategic product thinking, hands-on execution, and strong process ownership, especially in the context of AI-powered and agentic systems.

This is not a pure execution or project-management role. You are expected to own product outcomes end-to-end and help build a scalable, high-quality product organization.

What You Will Do

Shape Product Vision & Strategy

Co-own Bliro’s product vision and strategy together with the CTPO. This means translating company goals and customer needs into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap while balancing short-term execution with long-term platform and AI strategy

Own Product Discovery & Delivery

Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery to impact measurement which means to lead product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders, definition of clear problem statements, product outcomes, and success metrics as well as turning ambiguous problems into well-scoped initiatives teams can execute.

Build AI-First & Agentic Product Experiences

• You will be building our AI-First revenue intelligence system by driving product development around AI workflows, automation, and agentic systems.

• It's crucial to work closely with engineers to design scalable, reliable, and trustworthy AI features while understanding and managing trade-offs around latency, reliability, UX, and explainability.

Drive Cross-Platform Product Coherence

Bliro is a muli-platform system spanning Web, Desktop, and Mobile. You will ensure a cohesive product experience across all platforms by thinking in user workflows and jobs to be done, not isolated features.

Build Product Processes & Level Up the Org

As a Founding Product Manager, you will design and introduce best-practice product processes that scale with the company, such as:

• Outcome-driven roadmapping and prioritization

• Structured product discovery and validation

• Clear, high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks

• Product rituals that improve focus without slowing teams down

Therefore you act as a role model for strong product thinking and ownership and eventually help shaping our future product hires and the evolution of the product organization.

What We’re Looking For

Senior Product Leadership Experience

• You have worked as a Founding / Lead Product Manager in a scaleup environment and you have a clear idea of how a product org should look like

• You have owned complex products with real users, revenue, and technical depth

• You are comfortable operating with high autonomy and responsibility

• You enjoyed an excellent education in a technical or technically influenced study program

• You will be working within a team of exceptional engineers and designers. You can prove yourself and make them trust your judgments.

Strong AI & Technical Product Understanding

• You have worked on AI-powered products, ideally including workflow automation or agentic systems

• You understand modern AI systems well enough to make informed product and UX decisions

• You must not be an engineer, but engineers need to trust your judgment

Builder & Founder Mentality

• You thrive in fast-moving environments with incomplete information

• You naturally take ownership and push things forward

• You know when pragmatism beats perfection without sacrificing quality
