What you'll do:

• Work directly with co-founder/COO to shape product strategy and vision
• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
• Interface directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales leads
• Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility

What we're looking for:

• 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products
• Track record of shipping successful products in fast-paced environments
• Experience working directly with customers and incorporating their feedback
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and drive results
