What You Will Do

• Design and develop full-stack applications to support cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to implement machine learning algorithms and enhance product functionality.
• Build user-friendly interfaces using React to improve customer engagement and experience.
• Utilize Python for backend development, ensuring robust and scalable systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Integrate communication tools like Slack to streamline team collaboration and project management.
• Analyze product performance metrics to inform future development and optimize user experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and React.
• Proven track record of building and deploying applications in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools that enhance productivity.

Compensation and Benefits
