What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack applications using TypeScript and React to enhance user experience.
- Develop backend services with Go, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL and Redis for efficient data handling.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–10 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency in backend development using Go and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS, and tools like Terraform and Docker.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design principles.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Compensation and Benefits
