This high-growth technology company is building essential financial infrastructure to support and grow America's industrial GDP. We are hiring a founding product engineer to lead core 0-to-1 builds The successful candidate will own the full-stack product lifecycle scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating in the field. This role requires travel with the founding team to factory floors in the Midwest and Southeast to meet customers face-to-face and design/build exactly what they require.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete product lifecycle—from identifying customer pain points to UI/UX design, through 0-to-1 full-stack engineering, and final product shipment.

  • Travel to manufacturing customers across the country and work directly with real-world users to validate and iterate on product concepts.

  • Contribute significantly to building a product culture that successfully balances speed, taste, and customer obsession.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experienced Builder: Experienced in full-stack product engineering (including Postgres, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.).

  • Product Acumen: Comfortable scoping from ambiguity and designing UI mockups in tools like Figma.

  • Execution Mindset: Maniacal about shipping fast, scrapping what doesn't work, and iterating without ego.

  • Design Focused: Opinionated about UI/UX details and committed to aesthetic quality.
