What You Will Do
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience across all products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications that guide development.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
- Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on growth and creativity.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX.
- Proficient in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in designing for B2B software applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Preferred
- Experience working in the AI or cybersecurity sectors.
- Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable design solutions.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
