What You Will Do
- Design and iterate user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product design strategies.
- Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
- Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization to drive product innovation.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in the insurance or B2B software development industries.
- Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $300K, with meaningful stock options included in the compensation package to align your success with the company's growth.
