What You Will Do

• Lead the design process for new product features from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Framer to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
• Analyze user engagement metrics to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Framer, with a solid understanding of design principles.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Background in mentoring or leading design teams, contributing to a culture of design excellence.

Compensation and Benefits
