1. Goal Discovery
We take time to understand each member’s goals, motivations, and challenges.
2. Baseline Assessment
Using the Evolt360 body composition scanner, members gain clear, data-driven insights from day one.
3. Personal Trainer Matching
We connect members with the PT best suited to their goals and personality — creating genuine, high-quality introductions.
4. Integrated Training & Recovery
You’ll use Evolt360 data to guide programming and track progress.
Members also have access to premium recovery options including red light sauna and hydromassage, enhancing your coaching offering.
5. Ongoing Progress Reviews
Regular check-ins, reassessments, and conversations keep members engaged, accountable, and invested in long-term coaching.

Essential:
Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA)
Valid Public Liability Insurance
Desirable:
Additional specialist certifications
Experience with data-driven coaching tools (training provided)
Background in premium or community-focused gyms
