What You Will Do
- Design and execute operational workflows for recruiting, vetting, and managing domain experts across various specialized fields.
- Communicate directly with top AI Labs on large-scale projects to ensure alignment and success.
- Collaborate with engineers to design the marketplace and workforce platform for expert work.
- Drive the integration of expert data into reinforcement learning environments to enhance AI capabilities.
- Serve as an early leader, with opportunities to manage and mentor others as the team expands.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive high-impact projects and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Experience with AI technologies, particularly in reinforcement learning environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred
- Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and workforce platform design.

Compensation and Benefits
