What You Will Do
- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, Swift, and Kotlin to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that improve patient access to care.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Integrate backend services built with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL to support mobile application functionality.
- Utilize TypeScript and Next.js for seamless frontend development and optimization.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in mobile software development, with a strong focus on React, Swift, and Kotlin.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.

Compensation and Benefits
