What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools to enhance online visibility and improve search rankings.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Implement and analyze paid social ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging A/B testing tools to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the team to generate AI-powered content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and social media platforms.
- Experience with paid social ad platforms and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
