What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives and develop strategic relationships with enterprise clients to expand market presence.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or enterprise software space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in the education technology sector or AI-driven solutions.
- Background in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $125K to $150K, complemented by equity between 0.4% and 0.8%. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of enterprise education solutions.
