The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Create a growth marketing program for a new customer segment, owning paid acquisition and connecting spend to pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and scale paid social, paid search, programmatic, and third-party media programs.
• Manage acquisition budgets and connect campaign data to CRM and closed revenue.
• Define messages, offers, channels, and conversion paths for a new market.
• Report on pipeline, acquisition costs, payback, and revenue with sales leadership.
• Use AI tools, automation, and CRM workflows to improve marketing execution.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 2 to 8 years of relevant growth marketing or demand generation experience.
• In-house experience at a high-growth software, AI, financial technology, or technical product company.
• Direct ownership of paid search and social programs and budgets.
• Accountability for revenue-based marketing metrics.
• Startup experience, a degree, and ability to build effective automation.

Bonus points

• Experience as a founder or in special projects.
• Experience launching a new market segment.

• Base salary: USD 150,000 to 225,000 per year.
