What you will own

You'll be the architect of our growth engine – developing demand generation strategy, testing new channels, executing end-to-end on initiatives that directly drive pipeline and market leadership.

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution

• Develop comprehensive demand generation strategy and determine optimal resource allocation
• Own lead generation targets and deliver qualified pipeline that converts to revenue
• Execute end-to-end on initiatives from digital campaigns to content to enterprise events
• Build analytics frameworks to measure, optimize, and scale successful initiatives

Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations

• Create compelling sales materials and content that positions Arbor as the category leader
• Own pipeline accounts and support revenue operations across the full funnel
• Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to refine messaging and positioning

What you will need

• 2+ years in growth, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic initiatives with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Bias towards action and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
