What You Will Do
- Design and develop full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to implement machine learning algorithms that optimize business processes.
- Build and maintain scalable and robust software solutions that support enterprise-level applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure seamless application performance.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and mentorship within the engineering team to foster a collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying web applications in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Experience in the B2B or enterprise software industry.
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $140K to $200K, with equity options between 0.5% and 1.5%. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering team that is shaping the future of AI in the manufacturing sector.
