What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Python, FastAPI, and React.
• Develop and optimize backend services that support AI-driven customer lifecycle automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and features.
• Utilize SQLModel for efficient database management and data retrieval.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform, ensuring best practices in coding and development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and FastAPI.
• Proven expertise in building responsive web applications using React.
• Solid understanding of database technologies and experience with SQLModel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in B2B environments, particularly with automation or AI-driven solutions.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in software development.

Compensation and Benefits
