What You Will Do
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions tailored for the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go.
- Drive technical discussions and decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful integration of solutions.
- Contribute to the overall engineering strategy and vision of the company.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and deploying applications.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go, with a strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience in leading engineering projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in business solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its specific challenges.
- Experience working in a startup environment, particularly in early-stage companies.
- Knowledge of OpenAI technologies and their integration into software solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
