One of our clients is building AI infrastructure for the restaurant industry with an ambitious vision:
to eliminate administrative work entirely.

They believe restaurants should focus on the guest experience — not scheduling issues, paperwork, staffing chaos, reporting, or operational bottlenecks.

The goal is to build a fully AI-native operating system for restaurants where workflows optimize automatically in real time.

Think:

• Schedules adapting automatically based on bookings, weather, sales, and local events
• Staff preferences integrated directly into operations
• Menus, allergen lists, and operational documentation generated automatically
• Entire restaurant operations managed from a phone or central control hub

Now they’re looking for a Founding Engineer / Technical Co-Founder to help build the company from the ground up.

This is not a role for someone looking to maintain systems, sit in endless meetings, or work on isolated features.

This is for someone who wants ownership, speed, influence, and the opportunity to build something meaningful early.

You won’t just join a product team.
You’ll help shape the product, architecture, technical vision, and company direction together with the founders.

You’ll be involved in everything:

• Building and shipping product fast
• Defining the technical architecture
• Making key technical and product decisions
• Building AI-native workflows and infrastructure from scratch
• Owning major parts of the platform
• Working closely with founders and future customers
• Helping shape the long-term direction of the company

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate quickly, and take real ownership from day one.

You likely:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer
• Are strong across both frontend and backend
• Have built AI-powered products, systems, or workflows
• Enjoy moving quickly and figuring things out
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well
• Want to build something long-term — not just contribute code

Strong Plus If You Have
