What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning models to optimize chip design processes.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to develop robust software solutions.
- Utilize Python and PyTorch to build scalable applications that enhance system performance.
- Engage in hands-on coding in C/C++ and Rust to create high-performance algorithms.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrating machine learning capabilities into existing systems.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0-5 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch.
- Familiarity with C/C++ and Rust programming languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for hardware and AI technologies, with a desire to innovate.
Preferred
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.

Compensation and Benefits
