What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain user-friendly frontend applications using Next.js and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement responsive design principles with Tailwind to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve the product.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0-5 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks, particularly React and Next.js.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred
- Exposure to AI technologies or government-related projects.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $200K, complemented by equity between 0.25% and 1%. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team at the forefront of AI innovation in the public sector.
