A cybersecurity company is seeking a Founding Engineer for a key and impactful role.

This position includes full ownership of the development, architecture, and delivery of an advanced SaaS platform designed for Enterprise organizations and cybersecurity management.

This is a senior role for a highly hands-on candidate with strong technical depth, broad system thinking, and the ability to lead a product end-to-end - from architectural decisions to maintaining a stable, secure, and scalable production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire R&D function of the product
• Make architectural decisions and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure
• Stay hands-on with development when needed, including Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, and integrations
• Work closely with leadership, product, and business stakeholders to build a clear technical and product roadmap
• Bridge business needs, cybersecurity challenges, and technical execution

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer
• Strong experience in Backend development with Node.js / TypeScript
• Proven experience in System Design and software architecture
• Strong experience in React and modern Frontend environments
• Experience with AWS Serverless and Cloud-based systems
• Ability to lead a technology product end-to-end
• Previous experience in SaaS / Cyber environments - significant advantage
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains and CISO-related challenges - strong advantage
• Experience with AI Development tools such as Cursor - advantage
