What You Will Do
- Own and deliver core product and infrastructure systems end-to-end, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate directly with founders to define engineering priorities and execution strategies that align with business goals.
- Engage with enterprise customers to analyze domain workflows and translate them into actionable tasks for agent training environments.
- Design and implement workflows and internal tools that enhance the efficiency of expert labelers and coding specialists.
- Make critical decisions that impact product direction, roadmap, and the overall culture of the organization.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong proficiency in Python.
- Proven ability to build and scale coding environments in response to customer needs.
- Experience working in a startup environment or with early-stage companies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a capacity to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in reinforcement learning.
- Experience in building internal tools or workflows that support operational efficiency.
- Previous engagement with enterprise-level clients or projects.
Compensation and Benefits
