What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Design and implement backend services in Go to support scalable and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on features and improve product functionality based on user feedback.
- Optimize database interactions using Redis to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Engage in problem-solving sessions to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Go, with a solid understanding of modern web development practices.
- Experience working with Redis or similar caching technologies to enhance application performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks that complement the existing tech stack.
- Experience in an AI-focused startup or similar fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in software architecture and design patterns.
Compensation and Benefits
