What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain backend services with Python and AWS to support robust data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product features based on user feedback.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software development practices are maintained.
- Optimize application performance and scalability by analyzing system metrics and user interactions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python, with a solid understanding of AWS services.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Preferred
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data engineering practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Previous involvement in startup environments or high-growth technology companies.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $100K to $250K, complemented by equity ranging from 0.2% to 1%. This opportunity offers a chance to be a foundational member of a growing team, contributing to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
