What You Will Do

• Own and enhance the quality of the codebase and machine learning infrastructure, evolving prototype systems into production-ready platforms.
• Build and iterate on training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and internal tooling to streamline processes.
• Lead technical decisions regarding machine learning algorithms, model training, and infrastructure architecture to ensure robust system performance.
• Rapidly develop machine learning models from inception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Ship demo prototypes to effectively showcase model capabilities and engage stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proven experience in machine learning, including familiarity with model training and evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to own and scale complex systems from the ground up.
• Passion for coding and a strong desire to work with innovative technologies.

Preferred

• Experience with transitioning prototype systems to production environments.
• Familiarity with building training pipelines and internal tooling for machine learning applications.

Compensation and Benefits
