What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React and NodeJS to enhance user experience.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to optimize playbook adoption and improve sales conversations.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to iterate on product features based on user feedback and data analytics.
• Utilize Docker for containerization to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in application functionality and user engagement.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–15 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React, NodeJS, Express, and PostgreSQL in building robust applications.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and integration of AI technologies like OpenAI into applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B sales technology or enterprise software development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to enhance the development lifecycle.
• Previous startup experience, particularly in a founding or early-stage engineering role.

Compensation and Benefits
