Reporting to: Venture Lead, New UK Distribution Business

This role sits within a new UK distribution business being launched by Fasanara. It is not a position within Fasanara Capital.

The opportunity

Fasanara Capital is launching a new UK distribution business connecting high-net-worth individuals and family offices with Fasanara-manufactured private credit notes and selected private-markets opportunities. The venture combines Fasanara's investment-product manufacturing and balance sheet with the Venture Lead's established investor network and placement relationships.

This is the first and most important commercial hire for the new division. Working directly with the Venture Lead, you will help build the distribution engine from the outset: opening relevant doors, developing investor appetite and taking opportunities through to completed placements.

What you will do

• Originate opportunities with UK high-net-worth individuals and small-to-mid family offices, both directly and through multifamily offices, wealth managers and IFAs.
• Own the commercial process from initial conversation and qualification through follow-up, objection handling and close.
• Use your existing network intelligently, identifying which relationships have current or potential appetite for private credit and differentiated private-markets investments.
• Present the proposition credibly at a commercial level and bring the Venture Lead and Fasanara investment colleagues into detailed product discussions when appropriate.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline, with clear activity, engagement and conversion goals.
• Help establish the sales process, market feedback loop and operating rhythm for a business designed to grow into a wider team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in UK wealth, family-office or intermediary investment distribution.
• A deep and credible personal network among UK HNW investors, family offices, multifamily offices, wealth managers and/or IFAs.
• Clear evidence that you have personally placed and closed investment products, rather than only managed relationships, made introductions or sold a firm's broader services.
• Experience across more than one investment product. Private credit, alternatives, structured products, EIS/SEIS or other tax-advantaged investments would be particularly relevant.
• The ability to distinguish between relationships you own and those where you are a secondary contact, and to assess realistically where investor appetite sits.
• A goal-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-sufficient working style. You will be expected to do the execution yourself and build without the infrastructure of a large institution.
• Genuine interest in the proposition and the credibility to build long-term trust around a differentiated product.
