What You Will Do
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support company growth.
- Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear outcomes and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with founders to shape and execute business strategies across various domains.
- Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Manage high-priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and urgency.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in MBB consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions, including operations, recruiting, and strategy.
- Strong track record of delivering projects end-to-end with high ownership and accountability.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed/Series A) with a strong desire to grow alongside the company.
- Demonstrated leadership in previous roles, such as athletics, entrepreneurship, or other initiatives.
- Interest in consumer technology, AI, or social products that drive engagement and impact.
Compensation and Benefits
