What You Will Do
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Python, TypeScript, and React to enhance the AI platform.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to develop machine learning models that improve advisor efficiency.
- Optimize existing systems and workflows to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on product features and functionalities.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and React, with a solid understanding of modern web technologies.
- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative technology solutions.
Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
